Riflespeed complete upper receivers are an ideal solution for anyone without the time, tools, or inclination to build an upper. Choose from a number of high-quality components selected from respected brands and industry friends and partners at a variety of price and feature levels. All Riflespeed 300 AAC BLACKOUT uppers include a Riflespeed Gas Control and Riflespeed Gas Tube. Your Gas Control will be installed for tactical use by milling the barrel and cross-pinning the Gas Control Body. This creates the most professional duty grade installation possible with no chance of loosening set screws or slippage of the Gas Control causing malfunctions. Each upper will be test fired to verify performance with subsonic (suppressed) and supersonic (suppressed/unsuppressed) ammunition.
Use of a Riflespeed Gas Control on a 300BLK upper creates the opportunity to have a perfectly tuned AR with both supersonic and subsonic ammunition. This tuning can be done in seconds with NO TOOLS required by simply dialing the Control Knob. Several options are available with the standard configuration where the Gas Control is adjusted by grasping the exposed Control Knob in front of the handguard. The Poseidon configurations are adjusted through the side-windowed handguard.
The following configurations are made to order. Each upper will be assembled, inspected, and test fired to verify function with several types of ammunition upon order. Shipment may be as little as 5 business days, but lead times vary with configuration and shop/range schedule. Note that muzzle devices may be pictured in some photos above, but you'll receive an upper without a muzzle device. This reduces cost to you and allows easy installation of whatever suppressor mount you prefer to use. Contact us for options to have your preferred suppressor mount included.

This configuration was developed for use in a Special Mission Unit where maritime operations were common. Many of the commercially available 300BLK barrels on the market have several issues with a variety of ammunition types so we’ve created our own barrels with the right specifications for this upper. Suppressor Mount not included, but may be ordered for installation prior to shipment. Contact support@riflespeed to coordinate mount purchase and installation upon order. Upper will be set up to cycle reliably with subs and supers. The pressures provided by commercially available subsonic 300BLK vary wildly. As a result, some subsonic ammunition will NOT cycle vigorously enough to provide consistent bolt-hold-open without a suppressor due to factors specific to that ammunition.
