We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Items sent mistakenly due to a fulfillment error will also be accepted for return. We will send you a return label for items incorrectly shipped due to a fulfillment mistake. Login to your customer account then use the "Add New Request" button to begin this process.
Other products may be returned in new condition with undamaged packaging. Login to your customer account then open the order page for the item you'd like to return. To begin your return, request an RMA using the "ADD NEW RMA" button. You will receive further instructions via email.
Returns and exchanges involve a manual review process that may take approximately five business days.
