We will gladly accept the return of products that are in new condition with all packaging and parts present. You'll need to purchase a return label from the carrier of your choice and follow the RMA instructions that will be sent to you once you've initiated a return (see below).
Items sent to you mistakenly due to a fulfillment error will be accepted for return. We will send you a return label for items incorrectly shipped due to a fulfillment mistake.
Login to your customer account then use the "Add New Request" button to begin this process.

Login to your customer account then open the order page for the order containing the item you'd like to return. To begin your return, request an RMA using the "ADD NEW RMA" button. You will receive further instructions via email.

Returns and exchanges involve a manual review process that may take approximately five business days.
