Your order page will have tracking information available as soon as your shipping label is made by our shipping software. This is an automated step and does NOT correlate to actual shipment, but indicates that your order is processing for shipment. It may be necessary to paste the tracking number into a search field on some browsers. We will get all orders shipped as quickly as humanly possible and thank you for your patience. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or certain holidays, except by prior arrangement and with some exceptions.
Backorders are filled in the order received and as inventory becomes available. Due to continued high demand, some items may remain on backorder status for extended periods. We are constantly producing and shipping products. When we produce 500 units, but sell 501 units, that item will not be shown as in stock on the website even though 500 customers received their item. We encourage you to place your order as early as possible and thank you for your patience.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. Once a package leaves the shop we have no control over UPS, USPS, FedEx or any other carrier. Expedited shipping options like 2nd Day Air cover the time between when a carrier picks up your order and then delivers it to you. Purchasing 2nd Day Air shipping, for example, does NOT mean you will receive your package in two days following order placement. We still require time to process and fill your order.
