Due to issues of fraud, billing and shipping addresses must match. If you need to ship your order to an address other than your billing address, contact [email protected] prior to ordering. We will work with you to enable shipping to your non-billing address. This only needs to be done once. Your subsequent orders will be able to ship to your desired address without repeating this step. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience. 

Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship within two business days, provided the products ordered are in stock. The stock status of your desired product will de displayed after you have selected all required options. For example, when you visit the 750" Gas Control page, the stock status will display "In Stock" if any of the sizes are in stock. This does not mean that all sizes are in stock. Once you select the specific model you want the stock status label will then update with the status of that specific model. 

Due to high demand, many items will be listed on backorder status. The fastest way to get your gear is to place a backorder sooner rather than later. We ship orders in the order received. First in ships out first. The sooner you place your order the sooner you'll get your gear. We are growing rapidly and significant investments in infrastructure and capacity are being made. Nonetheless, demand often outpaces this growth. We ask that you are patient with us. We will ship your order as soon as humanly possible in every case. No one wants you to have your Riflespeed gear more than we do! Backorders are filled in the order received and as inventory becomes available. Due to continued high demand, some items may remain on backorder status for extended periods. We are constantly producing and shipping products. When we produce 1000 units, but sell 1001 units, that item will not be shown as in stock on the website even though 1000 customers received their item. We encourage you to place your order as early as possible and thank you for your patience.

During times of increased demand or when we have people out of the office for events, trade shows, or other activities, orders may take longer to ship. We receive hundreds of emails daily and ask that you PLEASE avoid emailing to ask when your order will ship if less than ten days have elapsed since placing your order. We have a small crew in the shop and work hard to execute all tasks to support our customers on a daily basis. Fielding additional emails about shipping times takes us away from order processing, tech support, and other essential tasks. You can always check for status updates on your order page once you've signed in to your customer account. 

Your order page will have tracking information available as soon as your shipping label is made by our shipping software. This is an automated step and does NOT correlate to actual shipment, but indicates that your order is processing for shipment. It may be necessary to paste the tracking number into a search field on some browsers rather than following the link that is auto-generated by shipping software. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or certain holidays, except by prior arrangement and with some exceptions.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. Once a package leaves the shop we have no control over UPS, USPS, FedEx or any other carrier. Expedited shipping options like 2nd Day Air cover the time between when a carrier picks up your order and then delivers it to you. Purchasing 2nd Day Air shipping, for example, does NOT mean you will receive your package in two days following order placement. We still require time to process and fill your order. 

Selecting the $5 USPS shipping option includes ZERO insurance of any kind. If the package is lost, damaged, stolen, or otherwise fails to make it to you when this shipping option is chosen then you will need to work with USPS for recovery. We will not replace items undelivered by USPS or those without insurance. We frequently see problems with USPS delivery and encourage you to spend a few dollars more on UPS Ground. USPS is offered for those who don't mind gambling. Understand, you are GAMBLING when you use USPS shipping.
